Every build gets a deterministic editorial score — based on verified data, stage-by-stage progression (campaign → endgame), guide depth, a positioned passive tree and imported gear — then falls into S (7+ points), A (5–6) or B (below 5). We have no win-rate or ladder data, so no tier here claims to be the meta-strongest.
